Wine Overview:

**Only 600 bottles of this rich and delicate wine were produced in 2025. Grapes are organically grown on sun-drenched schist terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and hand-picked at maturity. Semi-carbonic fermentation, 20 day of skin contact.**

Grape Variety: Grenache Gris 60% – Grenache Blanc 40%

Country/ Region: Collioure, France

Taste: Bright orange pink colour, floral and fruity on notes of peach, orange and citrus. Textured with long finish of saline minerality, typical of Collioure.

Pairings: Ceviche, grilled lobster or king prawns with garlic, seafood paella or pasta, lemon chicken tajine, duck à l’orange. Aged Comté or Manchago cheeses, roasted root vegetables.

Alcohol (ABV): 12.5%
