Grapes were hand picked on August 30th and September 11th, 2023 at dawn, to keep both tension and freshness in this unique blend of local grapes, grown on pebbled plateau with deep clay-limestone subsoil. The result is chiselled and precise. ** Grape Variety: Clairette Blanche 25%, Viognier 20%, Roussanne 20%, Marsanne 15%, Grenache 15%, Bourloulenc 5% Country/ Region: Côtes du Rhône Villages, Ardèche. Grapes are organically grown on sun-drenched schist terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and hand-picked at maturity. Semi-carbonic fermentation, 20 day of skin contact.** Grape Variety: Grenache Gris 60% – Grenache Blanc 40% Country/ Region: Collioure, France Taste: Bright orange pink colour, floral and fruity on notes of peach, orange and citrus.
