**This unusual blend make this white wine very atypical. Organic grapes grown on karstic clay-limestone soil, and hand picked mid september. 6 months maturation in casks and terra cotta jars. **
Grape Variety:Sauvignon Blanc 40% – Sauvignon Gris 20% – Muscadelle 20% – Ugny Blanc 10% – Chenin 10%
Country/ Region: Vin de France, Bergerac area
Taste: Lively acidity balanced with minerality, ample and fresh mouthfeel with notes of yellow and exotic fruits.
Pairings: mild Asian or Oriental cuisine – Raw and grilled seafood – light white meats on the grill or pan-seared – Rabbit Pâté – Seafood terrines – French bistro starters or French savoury tarts and quiches – Goat’s and sheep’s milk cheeses, fresh Ricotta or Burrata.
