More information about this wine:
Rémi is a passionate oenologist. After having worked for other “grandes maisons”, he started off with remarkable determination and only one hectare of vines, grown on land of unforgiving beauty, so that every thing has to be done by hand. Also, it is no wonder that painters from the post impressionist and fauvist era planted their easels there, on the sunbathed steep terraces overlooking Collioure and Banyuls and the Mediterranean Sea, only a few strokes from the Spanish border. I have always found wines from this tiny area very singular. This one is perfect for a summer casual party.
