**This unusual blend make this white wine very atypical. Organic grapes grown on karstic clay-limestone soil, and hand picked mid september. 6 months maturation in casks and terra cotta jars. **
Grape Variety:Sauvignon Blanc 40% – Sauvignon Gris 20% – Muscadelle 20% – Ugny Blanc 10% – Chenin 10%
Country/ Region: Vin de France, Bergerac area
Taste: With notes of yellow fruits, the attack is ample and lively on the palate. Both fruit and mineral with a well balanced acidity. Long fresh finish. Ideal to share with friends “en apéritif” as well as over Goat/sheep cheeses or spicy dishes.
Alcohol (ABV): 13.5%
This wine as its creator, is very atypical. Pierre-Etienne is a quintessential enthusiast. A former aeronautical engineer, he and his wife Charlotte risked everything to endeavour a bold and successful reconversion as winemakers in the charming and world renowned Dordogne. Taking over the old vinery, they created a complete new range of organic wines, and it is just a beginning.
