Taste: Earthy, herbaceous aromas on the nose, let it breathe and it reveals rich and ample notes of exotic fruits and pear on the palate. Mineral touch and acidity perfectly balanced. Would pair very nicely with seafood, chicken breast fillet with creamy and softly spiced sauce, hard sheep cheese and goat cheese.

Taste: With notes of yellow fruits, the attack is ample and lively on the palate. Both fruit and mineral with a well balanced acidity. Long fresh finish. Ideal to share with friends “en apéritif” as well as over Goat/sheep cheeses or spicy dishes.

Grapes were hand picked on August 30th and September 11th, 2023 at dawn, to keep both tension and freshness in this unique blend of local grapes, grown on pebbled plateau with deep clay-limestone subsoil. The result is chiselled and precise. **
