Grapes were hand picked on August 30th and September 11th, 2023 at dawn, to keep both tension and freshness in this unique blend of local grapes, grown on pebbled plateau with deep clay-limestone subsoil. The result is chiselled and precise. ** Grape Variety: Clairette Blanche 25%, Viognier 20%, Roussanne 20%, Marsanne 15%, Grenache 15%, Bourloulenc 5% Country/ Region: Côtes du Rhône Villages, Ardèche.
