Grapes were hand picked with sugar/acidity balance earlier than usually, on September 23, 2022. Vinification in casks.** Grape Variety: Bouysselet 100% Country/ Region: Vin de France, Fronton area Taste: Gourmet white wine. Complex and rich, with notes of autumn or exotic fruits, citrus, pear, quince, apple, pineapple, notes of spices (pepper, saffron). Grapes were hand picked on August 30th and September 11th, 2023 at dawn, to keep both tension and freshness in this unique blend of local grapes, grown on pebbled plateau with deep clay-limestone subsoil. The result is chiselled and precise. ** Grape Variety: Clairette Blanche 25%, Viognier 20%, Roussanne 20%, Marsanne 15%, Grenache 15%, Bourloulenc 5% Country/ Region: Côtes du Rhône Villages, Ardèche. Maturation 18 months in casks. ** Grape Variety: Cabernet Franc and Tannat Country/ Region: Irouleguy Taste: Dark ruby colour, fruity with notes of black cherry and black berries. Ample, complex, round and velvety on the palate. Ready to drink or to keep up to 10 years. Pairing is incredibly versatile. Would elevate a juicy rack of Irish lamb, Grilled beef as well as in stew, Red Tuna steak in a rich tomato and pepper sauce, Cashel blue cheese or Goat blue cheese from Slane. Hand picked grapes. 24 months maturation in casks.** Grape Variety: Malbec 100% Country/ Region: Cahors Taste: Deep purple colour, almost black, Fresh, fruity and ample with notes of black berries and spices, velvety tanins, long finish on notes of cinnamon, vanilla and spices. Grapes are grown on sun bathed and wind swept steep shale terraces overlooking Banyuls-sur-mer. ** Grape Variety: Grenache 55% – Mouvrède 30% – Syrah 15 % Country/ Region: Collioure. Taste: Dark ruby red wine. Both bodied and supple. Marked notes of ripe black and red berries and violet.
