Benoit, his wife Valerie and their two sons organically grow and nurture vines on only 5 hectares of land located on Montagne de Reims, offering a variety of terroirs. Benoit is a very thoughtful and curious vigneron, using indigenous yeast to enhance flavours and aromatics, aging the wine in oak for more complexity, privileging depth of fruit, structure and mouthfeel. Brut Nature refers to the absence of “dosage” (meaning no sugar added to counter acidity). All resides in the skills and savoir-faire of a virtuoso working with touch and feel. The result is pure elegance and finesse.
