Taste: Earthy, herbaceous aromas on the nose, let it breathe and it reveals rich and ample notes of exotic fruits and pear on the palate. Mineral touch and acidity perfectly balanced. Would pair very nicely with seafood, chicken breast fillet with creamy and softly spiced sauce, hard sheep cheese and goat cheese.
Alcohol (ABV): 13.5%
Domaine Ilarria belongs to Espil Family for centuries. True ‘pilgrims’ in quest of the wine’s Ideal, and organic vine growers for decades, they discreetly craft wines with remarkable talent and consistency. Their wines, and this one in particular were recently awarded one Star and a 92/100 mark in the newly released ”Guide vert des meilleurs vins de France, 2026”.
