Grapes are grown on sun bathed and wind swept steep shale terraces overlooking Banyuls-sur-mer. Grape Variety: Grenache 55% – Mouvrède 30% – Syrah 15 % Country/ Region: Collioure. Taste: Dark ruby red wine. Both bodied and supple. Marked notes of ripe black and red berries and violet. Grape Variety: Malbec 100% Country/ Region: Cahors Taste: Deep purple colour, almost black, Fresh, fruity and ample with notes of black berries and spices, velvety tanins, long finish on notes of cinnamon, vanilla and spices.
