Grape Variety: Chardonnay 10% Pinot Noir 90%
Country/ Region: Champagne
Taste: Dry, expressive, crisp with fine bubbles. Releasing intense flavour of ripe grape. Ample and long finish.
Alcohol (ABV): 13%
** Another rare wine, only produced to 600 bottles. Vine are grown on the sunny and windy steep shale terraces overlooking Banyuls-Sur-Mer and Collioure, grapes are hand picked and matured in oak casks for 12 months **

Taste:Deep, complex, full bodied red wine with smooth and supple tannins. Intense notes of ripe and juicy blackberries, long finish on delicate notes of moka, cocoa and vanilla. Taste: Earthy, herbaceous aromas on the nose, let it breathe and it reveals rich and ample notes of exotic fruits and pear on the palate. Mineral touch and acidity perfectly balanced. Would pair very nicely with seafood, chicken breast fillet with creamy and softly spiced sauce, hard sheep cheese and goat cheese.
